For the record, I also "edited" the Richard Kostelanetz's piece, "Epiphanies." As I recall, Kostelanetz sent textual works to various lit journals, with the stipulation that an editor assemble them in some manner. After the RCR was published, Kostelanetz wrote saying he thought my method too methodical. He would have preferred something less "Cage" like.
